Roslyn Gervin Mpa

Roslyn Gervin MPA has extensive experience in public administration and human resources, currently serving as the Manager of People, Culture and Experience at the City of Newport News since August 2006. Prior roles include Human Resources Manager and Senior Safety Officer/Training Coordinator. Additionally, Roslyn Gervin is the owner of Roslyn Gervin Photography, a boutique brand photography business established in January 2019. Academic credentials include a Master of Public Administration from Virginia Tech, a Master of Public Administration with a concentration in Human Resources from Troy University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice from Radford University.
