John Speer

John Speer has a diverse professional background featuring experience in both emergency services and sales. Currently serving as a Firefighter/EMT for the City of Noblesville since August 2022, Speer previously held various roles, including Sales Account Manager at LabWare and Corporate Sales Business Analyst at Medline Industries, Inc. Prior experience includes working at Orchard Software in multiple sales-focused positions, along with a brief stint in guest relations with the Indianapolis Colts. Additionally, Speer contributed to the National Football League as Crew Chief of Player Participation and Systems Analyst. Educationally, Speer holds a Bachelor of Arts in Information Systems from Ball State University, obtained in 2011.
