B. Taylor Gould

B. Taylor Gould, RLA, ASLA, currently serves as the Design Production Coordinator at Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command (NAVFAC), overseeing coordination between Operations and Planning as well as Design and Construction. With a rich background as a Senior Landscape Architect and Design Manager, Gould specializes in landscape architectural practices and has experience managing projects across Navy bases from Georgia to Maine. Additional roles include serving as a Commissioner on the Norfolk Architectural Review Board and the Norfolk Arts Commission, as well as leadership in the Fairmount Park Civic League. Gould's professional history includes positions at various esteemed firms, where responsibilities ranged from project management to landscape architecture, supported by a Master of Landscape Architecture from Kansas State University and a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science from Longwood University.
