Michael Roggow

Michael Roggow possesses extensive experience in finance and accounting, currently serving as the Assistant Director of Finance and City Controller for the City of Norfolk, VA since April 2017. Prior to this role, Michael worked at Old Dominion University from April 2011 to March 2017, where responsibilities included serving as the Interim CFO and Director of Accounting, as well as Accounting Supervisor, managing financial activities for multiple 501(C)(3) organizations. Michael's financial expertise was further developed during a tenure at KPMG LLP from January 2006 to April 2011, where responsibilities involved planning, budgeting, and executing audits for diverse organizations. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from SUNY Brockport, a Master of Science in Accounting from Old Dominion University, and a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from SUNY Geneseo.
