Mina Barberis

Mina Barberis, MMC, currently serves as the Deputy City Clerk and Acting Records Administrator for the City of Norfolk, VA, since January 2019, where responsibilities include managing City records, ensuring compliance with the Virginia Records Management Act, and training new staff. Additionally, Mina has been involved in the production and wholesale of olive oil at Dias Niki Olive Oil since April 2012. Previous experience includes serving as Deputy City Clerk for the City of Virginia Beach from 2005 to 2009 and as a Litigation Coordinator at JOSEPH SMITH LIMITED from 2000 to 2004. Mina holds a Professional Certification in Legal Assistant/Paralegal and has pursued studies at Old Dominion University.
