James Johansen

James Johansen is currently serving as the Director of Engineering, Planning, Asset Management & Infrastructure at the City of North Battleford since January 2023. Prior to this, James held positions such as Engineer at Martin Geomatic Consultants Ltd., Director of Planning and Engineering at the Town of Redcliff, and Manager Engineering at Scheffer Andrew Ltd. James has a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Calgary and a degree in Civil Engineering Technology from Lethbridge College. James has a wealth of experience in the field of engineering, planning, and asset management, with a career spanning over two decades in various leadership roles.
