Jeffrey Blanchard currently serves as the Assistant Director of City Operations for the City of North Battleford, a position assumed in March 2023 after initially joining the organization in December 2020 as an Environmental Manager. Prior experience includes serving as the EHS Manager at Ed-Lam Industrial, where responsibilities included managing health and safety programs for a workforce of approximately 60 employees. Jeffrey also held the position of Interim Executive Director for Water Ski & Wakeboard Alberta and has extensive experience as an Environmental Health and Safety Advisor with Enbridge. Earlier roles included Environmental Scientist at Nichols Environmental and Matrix Solutions Inc., as well as Environmental Technologist at Worley Parsons Komex. Jeffrey's educational background includes a Master of Science in Environment and Management from Royal Roads University, a Bachelor’s Degree in Reclamation/Remediation from Lakeland College, and a Technical Diploma in Environmental Sciences from NAIT.
