Chris Nelson

Chris Nelson is an experienced Information Technology professional currently serving as the Information Technology Coordinator for the City of North Liberty since March 2021. Prior to this role, Chris held various positions at the City of Cedar Rapids from June 2008 to March 2021, including Senior Data Report Analyst, Systems Analyst, Systems Technician, and Accounts Payable Specialist. Chris also gained experience in information systems while working for Perishable Distributors of Iowa, Ltd. from September 2006 to May 2008. Chris holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Business Administration and Management from Iowa State University, completed in 2005.
