Jeff Caplinger

Jeff Caplinger has over two decades of experience in the field of recreation and program coordination. Currently serving as a Project Coordinator for the City of North Little Rock since August 2004, Jeff Caplinger previously held the role of Recreation Program Supervisor. Prior to this, Jeff Caplinger worked at the YMCA of Metropolitan Little Rock as a Special Program Director from February 1995 to April 2000. Jeff Caplinger earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Recreation Administration from Arkansas Tech University, completing studies from 1992 to 1994.
