Carole Collins

Carole Collins is currently the Director of Climate Action and Project Administration at the City of Northampton. Previously, Carole held positions such as Director of Energy and Sustainability at the Town of Greenfield and Smart Growth Consultant/Intern at Brattleboro Planning Department. Carole has a Masters degree in Sustainable Development, Smart Growth Planning, Ecology, and GIS from Antioch University New England.
