Joseph Farrell is a seasoned architectural professional and green building consultant with extensive experience in design, project management, and sustainability. Since January 2012, Joseph Farrell has served as a Design Review Commissioner for the City of Novato, overseeing public reviews of commercial and public architectural design applications. As Principal of Joseph Farrell, Architect & Green Building Consultant since 1995, responsibilities include programming, architectural surveys, and construction administration. Previous roles include Associate at Build It Green, where training was received as a GreenPoint Rater, Project Engineer at BHW Engineers managing structural design projects, and Job Captain at Telfer Chiesa Dunham & Johnson focusing on residential and light commercial projects.
