Karman V. Wright

Karman V. Wright, MPA, currently serves as the Principal Management Analyst (Management Services Administrator) for the City of Novato since November 2022. In this role, Karman administers procurement and contract functions, ensuring compliance with regulations, while analyzing and improving agency-wide policies and procedures. Previously, Karman worked at the Alameda County Public Health Department as a Program/Financial Specialist (Contracts Manager) from July 2019 to November 2022, managing contracts exceeding $3M and achieving significant reductions in acquisition time and increased savings. Prior experiences include budget management at Alameda County Probation Department and providing consultancy services that resulted in substantial grant funding. Karman holds a Master's degree in Public Administration from the University of San Francisco and a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from the University of California, Davis.
