Michael Rhatigan

Michael Rhatigan is an experienced fleet management professional with a diverse background in overseeing vehicle and equipment operations. Currently serving as Fleet Asset Manager for the City of Novi, Michigan since September 2016, Michael manages a fleet of 195 vehicles with an annual operating budget of 1.2 million dollars, excluding vehicle replacements. Prior experience includes roles such as Fleet Coordinator at HARMAN International, where responsibilities involved coordinating repairs for the test vehicle fleet, and Service/Receiving Coordinator at QEK GM, focusing on service order management and accurate reporting. Michael has also held positions at Penske, where duties included managing vehicle fleets for General Motors and the Nissan Technology Center. Michael holds an Associate’s Degree in Science from Oakland Community College and another Associate of Science from Western Wisconsin Technical College.
