Andy Wilken

Andy Wilken has extensive experience in information technology, currently serving as an IT Technician for the City of Oak Creek since May 2016, providing IT support to employees and elected officials. Prior to this role, Andy worked as an IT Architect at Symdigital Technology Solutions, where responsibilities included implementing and managing Office 365 for small businesses. From November 2011 to December 2014, Andy was a Technical Support Engineer at ScriptRx, coordinating software installations and custom implementations for clients in the medical field. Earlier in Andy's career, roles included IT Systems Administrator at Valuation Research, where hardware and software support was provided for the nationwide network, and Director of IT at Systems Inc., overseeing all IT functions. Andy began work in IT as a Programmer/Analyst at Market Probe, developing automated reporting systems and web surveys. Education includes a B.S. in Math from Wisconsin Lutheran College and certifications in Systems Administration from PC Productivity.
