Capt. Mike Bolender

Capt. Mike Bolender is a seasoned law enforcement professional with extensive experience in emergency preparedness and active shooter response training. As the Lead Instructor and Founder of Peaceful Warrior Training Group since December 2013, Capt. Bolender has developed life-saving courses based on firsthand involvement in active shooter incidents and comprehensive research. In addition to this role, Capt. Bolender serves as a Senior Consultant and Captain at C3 Pathways, focusing on innovative emergency response strategies. Capt. Bolender has been with the City of Oak Creek Police Department since 1991, progressing from Patrol Officer to the current position of Operations Captain, while also holding instructor roles at Milwaukee Area Technical College. Capt. Bolender holds a Master's Degree in Public Service with a specialization in Criminal Justice Administration from Marquette University and a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater.
