Marcia Wayer

Marcia Wayer is an accomplished marketing professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles, currently serving as the Director of Marketing and Public Relations for the City of Oak Creek since June 2024. Previously, Marcia was the Director of University Marketing at Cardinal Stritch University from November 2018 until the university's closure in June 2023, where significant contributions included a comprehensive rebranding initiative. As President and Lead Consultant at Wayer Consulting from 2003 to December 2021, Marcia delivered marketing and management consulting services to a diverse clientele, including Fortune 500 companies. Other notable positions include Segment Marketing Manager at CNH Industrial and Director of Marketing at Roadrunner Transportation Systems, where Marcia oversaw extensive marketing communications strategies.
