Roger Kieffer

Roger Kieffer is an accomplished professional in the fields of emergency medical services and education. As the Owner of First Care Tactical since March 2015, Kieffer has also served as a Paramedic and Tactical EMS Instructor at Waukesha County Technical College, contributing to training and development in emergency medical response. Since October 2000, Kieffer has held the position of Firefighter, Paramedic, and Tactical EMS Assistant Team Leader with the City of Oak Creek, where responsibilities include providing critical medical support in high-risk environments. Additionally, Kieffer has been an instructor at Milwaukee Area Technical College since January 2006, imparting knowledge and skills to future emergency responders. Educational credentials include studies in Fire Service Management and Fire Services Administration at Southern Illinois University, along with coursework at Milwaukee Area Technical College and Gateway Technical College in Racine, WI.
