Todd Roehl

Todd Roehl is an experienced urban planner and real estate professional with a diverse background in both planning and real estate sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Planner for the City of Oak Creek since September 2024, Todd's previous roles include Planner/Zoning Administrator for the Village of Caledonia and various REALTOR® positions with Shorewest, REALTORS® and Windermere Real Estate. Todd's earlier experience includes significant roles such as Principal Planner at Kenosha County and Director of Client Services at Xceligent, Inc., where Todd enhanced commercial property databases. Todd holds a Master of Urban Planning and a Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy, both from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
