Cynthia Parrish

Cynthia Parrish is an experienced paralegal currently serving in the City Attorney's office for the City of Oak Ridge, TN, since December 2019, under the supervision of Tammy M. Rackard. Prior to this role, Cynthia worked as a paralegal for Peggy D.
