Izabela Budzynski

Izabela Budzynski serves as the Budget Coordinator for the City of Oak Ridge since March 2025, bringing extensive experience in accounting from previous roles at Covenant Health as a Senior Accountant, Intermediate Accountant, and Associate Accountant from April 2013 to March 2025. Prior to that, Izabela worked as a Payroll Specialist/Accountant at First Financial Employee Leasing and held positions at Southernmost Accounting Group as an Accountant/Bookkeeper and at Balfour Beatty Construction as a Project Administrator. Early career experience includes customer service at First State Bank. Izabela holds a Master of Business Administration with a focus on Data Analytics from Saint Leo University, an Emerging Leader Program completion from Covenant Health, and a Bachelor of Science in Technical Management - Accounting from DeVry University, complemented by an Associate of Science in Finance from Gdansk University.
