Krysta Brown Trouy is a dedicated legal professional with extensive experience in family law, including divorces, custody disputes, paternity cases, child support, adoptions, and juvenile court matters. Currently serving as Staff Attorney for the City of Oak Ridge since May 2023, Krysta previously worked as an Attorney at Cantrell, Cantrell & Associates from December 2014 to May 2023, where a wide range of family law issues were addressed. Earlier in the career, Krysta gained valuable experience as a Legal Extern with the Office of the Public Defender and as a Judicial Extern with Judge Donald Elledge. Krysta holds a Juris Doctor degree from Mississippi College School of Law and has completed a semester as a Visiting Law Student at the University of Tennessee College of Law. The educational journey began at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, earning a Bachelor of Arts in English and Communication Studies.
