Christina Volkers

Christina M. Volkers serves as the City Administrator for the City of Oakdale, Minnesota, since June 2020, and is a member of the Board of Directors at Ideal Credit Union, where Christina holds the position of Secretary. Additionally, Christina is a member of the Board of Directors for the League of Minnesota Cities and previously served on the Board of Directors as Treasurer for the Coalition of Greater MN Cities. Christina has held various leadership roles, including City Manager for the City of Moorhead and CEO for the Superior Court of California in both San Bernardino and Sacramento counties. Christina’s education includes a Bachelor of Arts in Finance and Business Management from the University of St. Thomas and certificates in nonprofit leadership and court administration.
