Lori Pulkrabek

Lori Pulkrabek is an accomplished communications and marketing professional with extensive experience in both public service and consultancy roles. Currently serving as Communications Manager for the City of Oakdale, Minnesota since March 2022, Lori leads strategic communications to enhance city branding and community engagement. As Marketing and Communications Manager at Cobalt Consulting LLC since April 2019, Lori collaborates with diverse clients to create effective communication strategies. Lori's prior experience includes a significant tenure as a City Council Member and Acting Mayor for Oakdale, where leadership contributed to population growth and increased tax base. Lori also held roles that focused on digital marketing and brand development, including as Marketing and Communications Coordinator at CTV North Suburbs and as Marketing Coordinator at DayStarter North America. Lori holds a B.I.S. in Marketing, Speech Communication, and Psychology from the University of Minnesota.
