Patricia Fernandez

Patricia Fernandez currently serves as the Chief Inspector Structural and Plans Examiner for the City of Oakland Park since October 2021. Prior to this role, Patricia worked with Broward County Government from August 2014 to October 2021, where responsibilities included Plans Examiner, Structural Plans Examiner, Building Inspector, and Building Inspector. From January 2003 to October 2021, Patricia also held the position of Construction Project Manager and Owner at Jaifer GC, overseeing residential and commercial building projects and ensuring compliance with plans and specifications. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Construction Management with a focus on Civil Engineering from Everglades University, obtained between 2018 and 2020, and a degree in Computer Science from Universidad de San Martín de Porres, earned from 1993 to 1997.
