Aletta Francis

Aletta Francis has worked in various roles throughout their career. Aletta began with Managed Health Network in 2002 as an Intake Representative-SHU until 2005. From 2005 to 2013, Aletta worked for the County of Marin, starting as an Eligibility Worker III and eventually becoming an Eligibility Supervisor. Aletta then transitioned to the role of Personnel Analyst from 2015 to 2019 before becoming a Senior Human Resources Analyst from 2019 to 2023. Additionally, Aletta has experience as a Contributing Writer for Wine Country Moms Blog from 2016 to 2019. Currently, they are working as a Principal Human Resources Analyst for the City of Oakland since 2023.

Aletta Francis attended Sonoma State University from 2002 to 2004, where they obtained a BA in Psychology. Prior to that, they studied at the College of Marin from 2002 to 2003, focusing on General Education. In 2001, they attended Spelman College and studied Psychology. Aletta Francis completed their high school education at Novato High School from 1998 to 2001.
