Audrey Harris is an accomplished urban planner with extensive experience in major project management and transportation planning. Currently serving as the Major Projects Planning Manager for the City of Oakland since May 2020, Audrey previously held significant roles in the City and County of San Francisco, including Transportation Planner and TDM Program Manager, focusing on innovative strategies to reduce vehicle miles traveled from new developments. Audrey's earlier experience includes serving as a Transit Survey Coordinator for the San Luis Obispo Council of Governments, where management of a survey team facilitated the analysis of regional transit systems. Audrey also contributed as a Planning Intern in Los Angeles, compiling vital data for station area planning, and undertook various roles while pursuing academic degrees in Urban Studies and City and Regional Planning from California Polytechnic State University.
