Augusto Oliveira, MBA, PMP, currently serves as the Digital Division Manager for the City of Oakland, where key responsibilities include preparing long-range plans, developing policies and procedures, negotiating contracts, and managing project conflicts. With extensive experience as an IT Project Manager Consultant for a major government agency, Augusto leads complex projects, ensures communication among stakeholders, and oversees technology project phases. Previous roles include Senior Project Manager at the University of California, San Francisco, Manager at Huron, and Project Manager at California State University - East Bay, where responsibilities encompassed resource management and project prioritization.
