Kelley Kahn

Kelley Kahn possesses extensive experience in urban development and policy management, currently serving as the Assistant Director of Economic and Workforce Development focusing on Real Estate & Strategic Partnerships at the City of Oakland since December 2013. Prior roles include Policy Director in the Office of Mayor Libby Schaaf and Special Projects Director under the City Administrator. Kahn's experience also includes serving as Project Director for the Mayor's Office of Economic and Workforce Development in San Francisco, where significant public/private projects like the redevelopment of Pier 70 were undertaken. Additionally, Kahn held the position of Senior Project Manager at the San Francisco Redevelopment Agency, overseeing the transformative Mission Bay redevelopment project. Academic credentials include a Master's Degree in City and Regional Planning from the University of California, Berkeley, and a Bachelor's Degree in English from UCLA.
