Robin Abad Ocubillo

Robin Abad Ocubillo serves as the Citywide Ombuds - Program Manager III in the City of Oakland, focusing on civic innovation and equity. Previously, Robin held roles such as Director of Shared Spaces and Senior Planner and Urban Designer with the City and County of San Francisco, driving public realm adaptations for economic recovery and community wellbeing. Robin is also a Producer and Curator for the SF Urban Film Fest and has taught as an Adjunct Professor at California College of the Arts, delivering various urbanism and design courses. Additional contributions include work with prominent organizations like the Yerba Buena Center for the Arts, SFMOMA, and the National Park Service. Robin's educational background includes a Master's in Landscape Architecture from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor's in Industrial and Product Design from San Francisco State University.
