Richard Castillo has held various positions in the field of water resource management and electrical contracting. With a background in plant maintenance and project management, Richard currently serves as the Capital Projects Manager II at the City of Ocala Engineering & Water Resources Department. Prior to this role, Richard has held supervisory positions in maintenance and electrical troubleshooting in organizations such as Ocala Utility Services and Miami Dade Water & Sewer. Richard brings a wealth of experience in managing capital improvement projects and overseeing maintenance operations in the water and sewer industry.
