Jeffery Hart

Jeffery Hart is an experienced fleet management professional with a career spanning over three decades. Currently serving as Fleet Manager for the City of Oceanside since September 1991, Jeffery oversees all aspects of the city's fleet, which consists of 540 vehicles. Prior to this role, Jeffery held positions as Lead Automotive Technician, guiding and directing all technicians within Fleet Management, and as Master Automotive Technician, focusing on advanced repairs and diagnostics for police and fire apparatus. Jeffery's earlier experience includes service in the United States Marine Corps, where responsibilities as Sgt. and Maintenance Chief for the 1st Bn 11th Marines involved the maintenance and operations of mobile equipment, supervising a platoon of 18 Marines. Jeffery completed education at Kennebunk High School and Mira Costa College in Oceanside, California.
