Jill Moya

Jill Moya, CPA has extensive work experience in finance and accounting. Jill is currently working as the Financial Services Director at the City of Oceanside. Prior to this role, they were the Financial Services Division Manager at the same company. Before joining the City of Oceanside, they worked as a Senior Accountant at the City of Carlsbad. Earlier in their career, they gained valuable experience at PwC as an Assurance Senior Associate and at Harper Hofer & Associates, LLC as a Staff Forensic Accountant. Additionally, they have a background in education, having worked as an Educator at both Cherry Creek School District and San Diego Zoo. Jill also served as a Community Developer with the Peace Corps.

Jill Moya, CPA, holds a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Accounting from the University of Colorado Denver, which they obtained from 2010 to 2011. Jill also holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Environmental Science from the University of California, Berkeley, which they earned from 2001 to 2005. Additionally, Jill obtained a Secondary Mathematics Teaching Credential from the University of Denver in 2009.
