Michelle Geller

Michelle Geller serves as the Economic Development Manager for the City of Oceanside since November 2019, having previously held the same position at the City of Escondido from March 2006 to November 2019. In these roles, Michelle focused on strategic programs aimed at retaining, expanding, and attracting businesses to enhance the local economy. Additional experience includes roles as a Management Analyst and CDBG Program Manager, where responsibilities encompassed the development of economic strategies and management of Community Development Block Grant funding. Earlier in Michelle's career, the role of Community Outreach Coordinator at the City of Sunnyvale involved building neighborhood programs and increasing community engagement. Michelle holds an Accredited California Economic Developer certification and degrees in Public Administration and English from California State Universities.
