Luis Martinez, GISP, is an experienced GIS Analyst currently working for the City of Ocoee since May 2022 and serving as the Owner of Design, Mapping & Analysis Services since November 2008. Martinez has a strong background in coordinating projects with clients across various sectors, conducting research and analysis, and managing project files and spatial data. Previous roles include Senior Engineering Technician at Orange County Stormwater Management and GIS Manager/Senior Civil Engineering Designer at Miller, Einhouse, Rymer & Boyd, Inc. Martinez holds an Associate of Science degree in Design Drafting from New York City College of Technology, supplemented with extensive training and certifications in MapInfo Professional. Proficiency in AutoCAD and ArcView GIS enhances Martinez's technical capabilities in GIS mapping and civil design.
