Olena Stokych

Olena Stokych is a Purchasing Analyst for the City of Ocoee since March 2023, focusing on procuring commodities and services with government funds in a competitive environment to ensure fair competition and community trust. Prior to this role, Olena served as a Senior Account Manager and Carrier Relations Manager at Afinna One from September 2016 to February 2023. Olena holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from the National University "Odessa Law Academy" and a Specialist degree from Odessa I.I. Mechnikov National University in the Economics and Law Faculty.
