Vivienne Holloway is an experienced professional in strategic projects and economic development, currently working with the City of Onkaparinga since April 2023. Prior roles include Corporate Planning Officer at the City of Holdfast Bay and Manager of Economic and Tourism Development at the City of Victor Harbor, where responsibilities encompassed managing tourism business units and economic initiatives. Vivienne served as Chair and Deputy Chair of Mainstreet SA, overseeing significant community engagement and advocacy efforts, and has held multiple positions in various councils focused on business development and cultural initiatives. Achievements include receiving The Alivia Odey Award for Mainstreet Excellence and leading impactful projects in community leadership and tourism. Educational qualifications comprise a Bachelor of Commerce and a Master of Management in Arts and Cultural, with ongoing studies in Public Policy and Management at Flinders University.
