Mindy Decker

Mindy Decker is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in personnel administration and management. Currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Analyst for the City of Ontario since November 2018, Mindy previously held positions including Personnel Analyst for the City of Long Beach and Management Assistant for the City of Los Angeles. Throughout these roles, Mindy has demonstrated expertise in interpreting personnel policies, coordinating selection processes, and managing employee leave requests. Mindy holds a Master's Degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from California State University, Long Beach, and a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology with a Management Minor from UC Irvine, complemented by an educational experience at the University of Cambridge.
