Anna Pehoushek Faicp

Anna Pehoushek, FAICP has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. Anna began their career as a Senior Project Manager at Sanchez Talarico Associates in 1988. Anna then worked as an Associate Project Manager at STA Planning, where they were responsible for environmental impact reports and staff oversight.

In 1992, Anna joined Planning Analysis & Development as a Project Manager, working on environmental impact reports and sub-consultant coordination. Anna continued their work in the Bay Area region, focusing on document production and coordination.

Anna then transitioned to the public sector, joining the City of Albany, CA as an Associate Planner in 1994. Their responsibilities included processing planning applications, coordinating the street tree program, and conducting public outreach for the Solano Avenue streetscape improvement plan.

In 1996, Anna moved to Hogle-Ireland as a Senior Project Manager, overseeing various projects until 2000.

Since 2000, Anna has been with the City of Orange, starting as a Principal Planner and later becoming the Assistant Community Development Director. Their roles have involved managing planning projects, coordinating development initiatives, and leading the community development team.

Anna Pehoushek, FAICP obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree in Urban Studies from Occidental College, where they studied from 1984 to 1988. Anna then pursued further education in the field, completing coursework in Urban Studies at the University of Oslo Scandinavian Urban Studies Term via Hamline University in 1986. Anna went on to earn their Master of Regional Planning (MRP) degree from Cornell University between 1989 and 1991, specializing in Urban and Regional Planning.
