Shelby Alley

Shelby Alley has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as a Human Resources Analyst II for the City of Orange, California, since November 2017, and previously holding positions as Human Resources Analyst I and Human Resources Technician. Prior experience includes roles at the Automobile Club of Southern California as an HR Consultant II and HR Service Representative, as well as a Human Resources Specialist at Albertsons Companies. Shelby's earlier experiences also include an internship as an Executive Team Leader for Human Resources at Target, and an Assistant Cross Country Coach at Canyon High School. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from California State University, Fullerton, completed in 2014.
