Brandyn Iverson is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in corporate governance, finance, and legal counsel. Currently serving as a member of the Orinda City Council since December 2022, Brandyn has also held the position of COO and US Corporate Counsel at Second Street Fund, Inc. since June 2017, overseeing multifamily property operations in the Western US and Canada. Previously, Brandyn served as CFO for Avesta Development Group and was a partner at Criswell Radovan, LLC, contributing to various high-profile development projects. Early career includes corporate development roles at CNET Networks and legal counsel work at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, along with financial analysis experience at The Walt Disney Company. Brandyn holds an MBA and a JD from Northwestern University and a BA in Economics and Humanities Honors from Stanford University.

The City of Orinda is located in southwest Contra Costa County, within 20 minutes of downtown San Francisco.
