Celina Palmer

Celina Palmer, AICP, currently serves as an Associate Planner for the City of Orinda since August 2022, following eight years in the same role with the City of Pittsburg. In these positions, Celina has engaged in comprehensive planning, research, and analysis regarding land use, zoning, and community development issues. This includes managing demographic data, updating municipal codes, and ensuring compliance with environmental regulations. Celina's career began with various planning roles, including Assistant Planner and Planning Technician, which involved processing permit applications, conducting field investigations, and providing customer service to the public and developers. Celina holds a Bachelor of Arts in Urban Studies with a focus on Criminology, Law and Society from UC Irvine.
