Mariscal Cecelia

Mariscal Cecelia has a diverse professional background in interpretation and project management, currently serving as a Special Projects Associate for the City of Orinda since August 2020. Concurrently, Mariscal holds the position of Healthcare Interpreter at Kaiser Permanente since December 2015 and works as a Video Relay Interpreter for Sorenson Communications from February 2013. Previous experience includes an internship in the Public Works Department at the City of Emeryville and serving as an American Sign Language Interpreter for both Berkeley Unified School District and Hunter College. Mariscal Cecelia earned a Bachelor's degree in City/Urban, Community and Regional Planning from San Francisco State University between 2016 and 2019.
