William Cail

William Cail has extensive law enforcement experience within the Orlando Police Department, serving as a Police Lieutenant with responsibilities that include supervising the Emergency Response Team and overseeing various patrol and investigative units, such as Homicide, Robbery, and Assault and Battery. Cail has a strong background in logistics, crowd control, data analysis, and technology application in law enforcement. Additionally, Cail contributes to the field of education as an Adjunct Faculty Instructor at the University of Central Florida, teaching Criminal Justice courses and developing instructional materials. Cail holds a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice from the University of Central Florida, and has completed coursework toward a PhD in Public Affairs.
