Tara Russakov

Tara Russakov is a seasoned marketing and communications professional with extensive experience in public relations, social media management, and broadcasting. Currently serving as the Marketing/Communications Coordinator for the Families, Parks and Recreation Department at the City of Orlando since November 2016, Tara focuses on developing and implementing marketing programs to engage the public with FPR programs and facilities. Prior to this role, Tara worked at Anson-Stoner as a Public Relations Account Executive/Social Media Manager, managing media relations and social media presence for various clients. Tara's background also includes significant experience in television news production at WOFL FOX 35, where roles included Assignment Editor and Special Projects Producer, as well as earlier positions at WBBH WZVN and WUFT-TV. Tara holds a Bachelor of Science in Telecommunication with a concentration in Broadcast Journalism from the University of Florida.
