Quinn Wichlei

Quinn Wichlei is an experienced HR professional with a background in full-cycle recruiting, employee relations, and human resources management. Currently serving as an HR Generalist for the City of Ormond Beach since October 2014, Quinn is responsible for comprehensive recruiting processes, job descriptions, and conducting exit interviews. Previously, Quinn held the position of Human Resources Coordinator at NASCAR from 2009 to October 2014, where responsibilities included assessing hiring needs, managing job postings, and conducting pre-employment background investigations. Quinn holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from Newberry College, obtained from 1988 to 1991, and a high school diploma from Haines City High School, earned from 1984 to 1988.
