Andrew Morrow, P.E. has extensive experience in traffic engineering, currently serving as a Traffic Operations Engineer and previously as a Traffic Engineer/Project Manager for the City of Overland Park since 2008. Prior to this role, Morrow worked at the Kansas Department of Transportation (KDOT) from 2004 to 2007 as a Traffic Engineer/Project Coordinator and served as a Civil Engineer for Douglas County Kansas from 2002 to 2003. Morrow holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from The University of Kansas.
