Brett Emert

Brett Emert is an experienced Information Technology Project Manager currently with the City of Overland Park since March 2022. Prior to this role, Brett served in operations and product development at Mer-Sea & Co. from May 2016 to March 2022, and as a project manager for implementation at Cactus Software from September 2015 to May 2016. Brett also held positions at Silpada Designs from March 2010 to October 2015, first as Supervisor of Quality Assurance and then as Quality Assurance Systems Specialist. Earlier career highlights include founding Liquid Stone Designs in 2004, where Brett served as President and managed the development of over 300 custom concrete projects. Brett earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Industrial Design from the University of Kansas, completing studies in 2004.
