Nancy Fell

Nancy Fell has served as a Criminal Investigator for the City of Owasso since 2005, specializing as the primary Domestic Violence Investigator and department instructor in Domestic Violence and Protective Orders. In addition to their focus on domestic violence, Nancy investigates narcotics, burglary, homicide, and other major crimes. Prior to this role, Nancy worked as a Communications Shift Supervisor at the Broken Arrow Police Department from 2001 to 2005. Nancy holds an Associate's degree in Criminal Justice/Police Science from Tulsa Community College.
