Cailey McCain

Cailey McCain currently serves as the Principal Analyst for Learning, Development, and Engagement at the City of Oxnard, following a tenure at CivicWell where Cailey held various roles including Program Manager and Senior Analyst. In these positions, Cailey successfully managed an extensive training program for CivicSpark Fellows, coordinated regional trainings, and secured significant funding through grants. Cailey's early career included experiences as a Cashier Supervisor at ASUCD Coffee House and a Recreation Leader II at the City of Ventura, where management and customer service skills were honed. Educational qualifications include a Master of Education in Adult Education and Training from Colorado State University and a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Policy Analysis and Planning from the University of California, Davis, along with certifications in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion.
