Chris Plunk

Chris Plunk currently serves as the Director of Solution Delivery for the City of Oxnard, overseeing solution delivery initiatives with a focus on vendor management, team growth and development, strategic planning, and employee engagement. Prior experience includes a role as IT Director of Application Development at Farmers Insurance, leading application development for the Claims department, and an extensive tenure at AECOM where responsibilities spanned multiple leadership roles in enterprise application development.
